July 31, 2014 - It's over. If you have any, bottoms up.

May 17, 2014 - Consistent with previous review. Mild fruit, moderate tannins balance well in this bargain.

February 2, 2014 - Similar to previous impression.

July 15, 2013 - Am really impressed at how good this is - feels more like a$30 Rhone. Sumptuous, earthy and racy.

  • Altonplace Likes this wine: 90 points

May 31, 2013 - Nose pleasant, good balance of fruit and earthy aroma. Opens with a pop, bit hot, nice legs. Burst of cinnamon with berry sweetness. Wood pencil shavings. Another year and this may surprise at 92.
