January 26, 2024 - remains pale; pinpoint focus, merest hint of petrol; steely, at one moment it relaxed & shut tight; real depth & poise. Classic & remarkable. will age forever.

September 9, 2023 - Bob’s cellar. Deep golden yellow, oily and crystalline. Aged lemons, lime pith, structured nose, oily sweetness in the background. Full swirl of flavours, lime oil, tempered with honeyed sweetness, age has done wonders to this without any loss of its freshness. Really excellent.Night 2, this becomes warmer and more honeyed. Superb - knocking up a notch to 92.

April 21, 2023 - Bob’s cellar. Golden yellow. Lovely opening notes of preserved lemon rind, a spritz of lime and honey, warm and full. Tasting is a warm but poised balance balance of sweetness and acidity, almost candied lemon, but fresh lemon lime structure. As with previous bottles, really excellent. Still a few of these left which is great news

February 18, 2023 - Bob's cellar. Previous notes set it all out. Tasting is as fabulous as the other bottles - oily honey, a mixture of the lime & lemon zest tinged with an older orange rind, fine and firm acidity. Very good again.

January 26, 2023 - Bob's cellar. Oily, golden viscous liquid. Same as previous reviews - oily orange rind nose, lemon rind and lime pith, very fine. Good sharp lime bitter taste, tempered by honey sweetness, still tight and structured. Brilliant.
