  November 16, 2022 - Stored in cellar at 58 degrees and 55% rel humidity since purchase from winery. Drinking nicely . . . still maintains its fruit but now much smoother than earlier. Sad this is the last bottle of this vintage in my cellar

  December 27, 2021 - December 27, 2021. Dinner with Aline, Cory and Emma. Drank from Bin East 25. In cellar since February 2011. $35.00. Light oak nose. Dark purple. Soft full body oak touch of cherry. Nice aged wine. 7/10.

  January 13, 2021 - Drank from Bin South 25. In cellar since February 2011. Cork wood nose. Dark purple. Burst of oak then bitter dry chalk. No fruit left, past prime. 1/10.

  November 12, 2020 - Drink from Bin South 25. In cellar since February 2011, cost $33. Hint of spice, blackberry and vanilla on nose. Dark clear purple. Burst dry vanilla and then acidic chalk finish with no fruit. Past prime. 2/10. Into spiced wine.
