    December 23, 2023 - still drinking well. No signs of oxidation. Fruit remains present and clean. Wonderful balance with a medium finish and medium concentration. It continues to hold but not certain it's improved since my prior tasting.

    November 28, 2023 - medium body, dry cherry, black tea; more like a chianti than a brunello, but good works with weeknite fare.

    July 9, 2023 - Another found bottle, but maybe I logged the 06 as 07? I guess I'll find out. Ruby red color, moderately translucent. A bit of funk and earth on the nose, also dark fruit, some flowers, and maybe a hint of black licorice. Not quite full-bodied, pleasant on the tongue. Tannins are soft. Acidity is moderate for a BdM. Good finish. Great nose, but could use a bit more fruit in the mouth to garner a better score. Still, a nice wine at this price point. (Guessing it was about $35)

    June 15, 2023 - Not much flavors; earth, rust. Perhaps past his prime

    November 24, 2022 - Garagiste selection 14% ABV

    Color: reddish brown. Very little viscosity
    Nose: medium intensity. Complex dried red fruit, especially berries, and dried flowers; some attractive hay aromas
    Body/flavor: medium body; complex warm dried fruits, smoke; nice mouthfeel;
    Aftertaste: lingering finish with a some bitterness.
