June 19, 2022 - Den typen champagne du vil ha på klassisk fransk bistro. Litt florale overtoner på melent eple, kjeks/brød og mineraler. Pen smak som følger duft, med litt honningaktige toner i midtparti. NV men 60% av vinen er fra 2017. 80% chardonnay, 20 pinot. Gogget Jan 2022. Dosage 8g/l. 12,5%. Klassisk og solid, 89p+

January 16, 2021 - First tastes were of lemon, lime, and green apple, with nice minerality on the finish. I'd say this Champagne leans towards the elegant side, with flavors perhaps slightly muted.
After the bottle had been opened for a couple of hours, the flavors gained weight and the palate became more seamless. Toasty flavors lead you from the first sip to the finish. -

July 13, 2018 - Bright and effusive with some nice stuffing on the back end. Green apple, lime, hints of nectarine. Good minerality, like wet river stones. Pretty much the perfect amount of fizz too. Got better as it warmed up and was exposed to air.
