February 15, 2023 - light salmon, edging on copper. Fresh nose of baked goods, fresh bread and soft berries. Fine modest head, beautifully savoury. More bramble on the finish, and umami, lifted with classy acidity. Not too complex, easy drinking, fun with some structure and class - excellent wine at excellent value!
