October 15, 2023 - Great wine. Subtile with great complexity.
Nose: red fruit. Cedar. Not very strong
Taste: satin like subtility. Dark fruit, blackberry, licorice, laurel, spices, a little bit of cinnamon even. En then... beatiful sours. The tannines are so soft. This wine is perfect now. -

March 21, 2020 - Surprisingly harsh and astringent on opening. Better with a long multi hour decant. After a day on vac it has a beautiful sweet nose and a rich ripe palate with raisiny fruit and nice secondary notes of fennel, cassis, and bitter herbs. I didn’t like it as well as others but I came around to it.

March 13, 2019 - Tasty enough but too amped for me. Worked with burgers. Ill continue to drink down these; bigger, richer, acid deprived CDPs with Burgers until I'm down to my few remaining old school favs like Pegau, Donjon, VT & Beaucastel. 15% Alc on the label and all of that.

June 2, 2015 - Hard to have this after a Dumol Eddie's Patch. That being said, this is delicious. Plum, some hints of crushed rocks. Not too jammy. Pretty finish. Very good CDP
