January 5, 2020 - Very clear and bright, medium cherry centre and robe, light cherry rim with just a tinge of brick. Intense nose, lots of plush red cherry and plum fruit, some framboise, light hints of herbs and garrigue. Medium to full bodied, ripe and sweet, lots of red cherry and raspberry fruit, low tannins with juicy acidity, overall very nicely balanced with a long finish. This was a great showing, drinking very well.

September 28, 2019 - Second night. Light to medium in colour, medium cherry with some dark brick on the rim. Red cherry, raspberry, black berry fruit. Sweet and pure, with a really tasty long finish, medium tannins, decent acidity, really long sweet finish. Excellent without breaking into the fantastic band.

August 10, 2019 - Fantastic wine. Age has done this well. Very Burgundian in style. Drank over two days. Really enjoyed this.

February 16, 2019 - Decanted. Made in a lighter, medium body style. Well integrated structure and pronounced aromas and flavors of spicy, red cherry, raspberry and juicy plum with red licorice and garrigue. Still developing with plenty of fruit character and some complexity. Shows no signs of decline and should be good for at least three more years.

January 14, 2019 - Tasty wine from Garagiste, this is my 6th of 6 bottles.
Consumed over 3 days, the wine got fatter and more alcoholic each day.
    Drink now.

March 2, 2018 - Bottle #4 of 6. This CdP is 16% abv, and the nose comes across a bit hot upon opening the bottle.
Flavors of kirsch, garrigue, and white pepper spice. Resolving tannins, with adequate acidity to keep this big wine from being flabby...it almost comes across with some energy and a refreshing kick. Drink now through 2019 at the latest, IMHO.

February 9, 2018 - Murky ruby color. Dark berry and musty cellar aroma. Lush and meathy blackberry, anis and cherry flavors. Black tea and black olive on a well integrated and lengthy finish.

February 2, 2018 - Still as it was in late 2016, overripe and boozy, lacking structure.
