March 20, 2023 - PnP. Bracing fruit, tar and tobacco notes. High acidity promoting some off flavors, perhaps an oxidized bottle. Initial score = 80.
Day 2 - stored in refrigerator with vacuvin. Flavors melded together nicely. Fruit, tar, beef bullion and tobacco are there, but complement each other. Bumping up overhaul score to 86.

April 17, 2022 - Silky, diminishing fruit, but there's still a great subtle tannic backbone holding everything together.

December 24, 2021 - Definitely time to drink this. It's still wonderfully good, but it's on the way down from its peak. It's lost an punch and is smooth and tasty.

November 6, 2021 - One of two bottles remaining which I'd been saving to share with a good friend who ranks this as one of their favourite wines. Three years on from when I last tasted this vintage, the wine remains fresh and fruity, but the boldness and heaviness has reduced, the wine is now much softer and feels less alcoholic. Need to drink up any remaining.

October 15, 2020 - Drinking well now. Popped and poured, very smooth.
