October 27, 2011 - 13% alc. Brilliant polished yellow. Mineral nose with a smoky character, deep and complex, notes of ripe apples coming through. Palate is balanced, mid-to-full body, nice complexity, integrated mineral character. Finish is minerally, long , spicy, frontal volume. Quite a recognisable expression of Chablis. 16.5/20 points. August 11, 2011 - Nice minerality, however needs more time. Could have been concentrated. Do excpect it to develop but not increase in points.

February 24, 2011 - More round flavors than I expected but still delightful. Flowers, citrus, stones and sea shells melded with ripe white fruit. It shows depth with moderate complexity but doesn't seem to have that racy edge.
