    September 16, 2012 - c - golden
n - initially smelled highly oxidised, settled down after a few hours, still some sherry
p - rich, oily, apples, some hazlenuts, nice nutty finish, sherry tang but not overpowering
reminders me a little of a wine Rhone perhaps even a Hermitage blanc but not as complex and there's those sherry flavours that won't suit everyone.
Interesting and got better over the course of 3 days.

March 6, 2011 - Delicate flavors of white pear, green apple and tart peach come off a bit dull as the wine is slightly oxidative. That is not to say that this is boring by any means. It does lack a bit of focus on the fore-palate but quickly recovers with a marzipan, beeswax; sweet pear juice finish that finishes nice and clean.
    This is best drunk young.
    Very Good Quality. 85 pts.
