November 23, 2018 - Opened for thanksgiving. PnP. On night 1, was disjointed and not very enjoyable. Surprisingly, it was very good on day 2. Nose of cherry, strawberries. Tannins soft and fruit well integrated. Based on today's tastings, this wine has many more years of life. Will try next bottle in 2-3 years.

July 21, 2016 - Smooth and soft on the palate. Red cherry and subtle toasty vanilla. Long and easy finish.

April 14, 2015 - Earthy dark cherry, a little bit of cow pasture. Very soft and smooth on the palate. Medium body and would pair nicely with a strip steak. Easy finish with very little tannin at this stage. I'm surprised at the fast development of this wine, it tastes much older than it actually is.

March 9, 2015 - Liked it, wanted to love it, but just liked it. It is dark dark cherry, but I didn't get the chocolate so much. Very dark smooth cherry. Very nice but a tiny bit....shallow? I'm not sure what the right word is. Not as much depth or complexity as I'd have liked but maybe I'm tasting impaired

March 8, 2015 - Chocolate and Cherry. Deep purple. Needs two hours to breathe.
