Community Tasting Notes 2

November 8, 2012 - This wine is savoury and fruit driven (dark cherry, stewed plums, a little pepper), but I was expecting a bit more backbone. It's flavour profile is similar to Shiraz in that it is all middle palate and I just felt it lacked some length on the finish. Still it is still very primary, and would happily stay in the cellar for another three or four years.

March 9, 2011 - Fascinating wine, definitely in the savoury, food friendly mould. Medium bodied with decent length, it's quite early to be drinking this but is approachable now. Unsure how it'll go long term, but will benefit from 2-3 years rest.
