Le nez est sur les poires, les pommes Golden et le miel avec une pointe de fleurs blanches.
En bouches, c`est frais et drois, acidité franche et belle texture.
De la pomme et des citrons confits avec de la craie et une finale longue qui fait saliver.
Très bon et à point, l`autre sera bu possiblement pendant les fêtes! -

Nez funky, assez oxydatif au début, se dissipe un peu avec le temps.
En bouche, pas trop d’oxydation, belle acidité, citrons et amandes avec une finale assez longue. -

July 9, 2014 - Deeper golden color than I would have expected - seems somewhat advanced at only five years of age. The vintage showed itself in the best possible ways - concentration and length - and avoided excessive heaviness and alcohol.
Cracking this on a night where I was tired and distracted reminded me that the best Chenin from the Loire are challenging wines that demand the taster's attention. Fortunately the quality of the wine perked me up - it would not be ignored!
