November 5, 2023 - Decanted 3.5 hours. Dark ruby, thin/minimal rim - only at an angle is there any visual clues this wine is 16 years old. Rich cherry and leather nose- cigar box and heat in the nostrils (15%abv). Fine grippy medium tannins. Delicious full bodied Nebbiolo - fantastic with a tenderloin roast. Plenty of life remaining- I will revisit in 3-5years to see if there are secondary flavors coming through.

May 29, 2023 - Two hour decant, Deep garnet color, nose of forest floor and raisin. Silky tannins, full rich taste of cedar, prune, cherry, medium-long finish.

July 30, 2022 - Fantastic Barolo! Leather, dried red fruit, cherry, tobacco leaf, clove, plum, tobacco, coffee, medium body, great lenghty finish.
