July 15, 2022 - What a fabulous Sonoma Cabernet. On PnP, it was very tight. Poured through an aerator and it opened up quickly. Nose was enticing with sweet and floral leading the way. On the palate, you would never mistake this for a typical Napa Cab and that is a positive. A wine to be contemplated. Blackberry and raspberry with a layer of meat and a hint of mint/menthol. If this is representative of Bedrock Cab, I haven’t bought enough. (Like I would ever be accused of not buying enough Bedrock.)

February 3, 2022 - Pop and pour … Raspberries and meat to open with an acid pop and dry, medium finish with a little bit of smoke. Really well constructed. Perfect with beef. Really wonderful now, but still backbone to further develop. Fantastic QPR and sad I only have the one bottle.

April 18, 2021 - Blind would not have guessed Cabernet. Would not have been in my top 3 guesses. Almost a mix between Syrah and Zinfandel. Strange wine, just tolerable to drink with dinner. Bit overripe/raisiny. Properly stored since purchase so not sure what going on with this wine.

January 25, 2021 - Black and blue fruits with a slight sweet edge. Fully integrated tannins and a good acidic backbone. A solid, pleasurable wine but not a ton of complexity. Certainly in a great spot to drink but with solid time left...5 years.

November 14, 2020 - Lots of complexity here with well integrated tannins and still plenty of red fruit. Some forest in here too. Plenty of life left.
