December 31, 2020 - Very good, but not great. Enjoyable. Mellow fruit. Soft tannins. Medium finish. Easy to drink with dinner (steak, roasted mushrooms, and spinach).

July 15, 2018 - Nice, but not great. Dark cherry and licorice. A little harsh on the finish. Definitely needs more than an hour to open after being decanted. Better with food than by itself. Paired nicely with pesto chicken and grilled eggplant and summer squashes.

December 5, 2017 - Opened but not decanted a few hours before dinner. It would have benefited with decanting as drinking improved considerably over a few hours.
Initially a bit restrained with alcohol and a bit of tartness showing through. Fruit and depth developed, albeit slowly, showing dark blue fruits and a hint of strawberry, followed by a lingering finish. -
