March 12, 2011 - Not bad! Good typicity - it smells like malbec, with plummy blackfruit and leather, and tastes like malbec, Not complex fruit, but a touch sweet on the onset with acidity a slight bit high with a bit of grape tannin after repeated tastes. No oak to speak of, with a slightly lingering fruit+acid driven finish. A great value, 1.0L for $10. And you can't beat the packaging either - light, with a low carbon footprint.
