  May 3, 2009 - Not much to this Oregon pinot. Very flat. Not sure if I waited too long to open it or the bottle went bad due to lack of refrigeration.

  July 30, 2007 - Very nice mix of the old world and new - lots of berry flavors mixed with some more earthy components. Tannins a little bitter on the finish for me, maybe it'd be better in a couple of years. (Decanted for 5 hours)

  September 1, 2006 - Oregon Pinot! (Carpe Vinum): Cinnamon spice and cedar on the nose with a bit of a hot (alcoholic) twinge.
  Soft cherries, strawberries and a tart apple(?) flavor - I did not care for this combination.
  A nice finish but slightly bitter.

  May 1, 2006 - This is a very nice wine which will improve with age. The aromas of dark cherries, rose petals and strawberries are very nice, but a bit enclosed until after 20 minutes in the glass. The flavors of blackberry are very good and the finish is soft with the fine tannins. A very good wine that is drinking very well for its young age.
