October 14, 2018 - Supposed to drink between 2011 and 2013. We purchased it at the winery in 2018!
December 9, 2017 - Off-dry. Cherry on the palate. Would make sangria with it.
November 4, 2017 - Quaffable. Fresh berry on the palate, little effervescence. Not serious.
February 1, 2017 - This was one of our early family favorites when we lived in NY. After moving to TN, I started having this shipped by the case(s). We have begun giving this out as "Welcome to the neighborhood" gifts to new folks moving into the neighborhood and always receive positive feedback.
January 20, 2017 - This is an oldie but a goodie. I have noticed from one vintage to another, the taste has changed. Or quite possibly it's my taste buds that have changed.
December 29, 2016 - Still liking this a lot. Even for being non-vintage, it's still a very pure expression of the Baco Noir varietal.
October 5, 2016 - Their Baco is all stainless, and it shows. This is crisper than other Bacos (Finger Lakes and elsewhere) that spent time in oak. Bright, loud nose, very fruit-forward.
June 28, 2014 - good pizza wine and nice reminder of our Finger Lakes wine tour
January 21, 2008 - From trip to Finger Lakes. Like a very light Pinot Noir with light cherry/berry. No depth or body to it.
October 16, 2007 - Blend:Baco Noir
Color:Dk Purple Red
Aroma:Earthy, sour cherry
Taste:Earthy, fruit forward, chewy, slightly acidic
Finish:Medium
Notes:Very fruity for a 7 yr old.
