December 20, 2019 - Dark golden salmon in color. Nose of caramel, green apple, candied, and pineapple. Rich, tart, long on the mouthfeel and lingering crispness. Opens up boldly, mellows with tartness and finishes dry. Flavors of butterscotch, green apple, unripened pineapple, and tart cherry. Very complex and good!
