Community Tasting Notes 3

April 23, 2013 - This bottle does have some nice qualities to it. There is some nice tropical notes on the nose and a bit of apple as well. On the palate, it did have a bit or residual sugar and the acidity didn't shine as much as it should have. I would be interested to see how much longer this one could've aged.

August 20, 2011 - Has a pineapple aroma, very sweet smell, very subtle finish. Very nice to the palate.

August 18, 2011 - Reserved nose of apples, lemon creme, cantaloupe. Smells really good but with low intensity aromas. The palate shows cantaloupe, pineapple, with an overall somewhat tropical set of flavors. Some residual sugar is evident, but the refreshing acidity does a great job of keeping things in balance. The RS provides just a little bit of fullness to the body, which I like. Overall, very fun and refreshing.
