April 25, 2022 - Lots of clean, ripe merlot fruit, some vanilla, and a minty-almost-licoricey note. Fully resolved but not at all faded. A nice bargain bin find.

July 11, 2021 - This was a good wine tonight with grilled pork. Wish I had opened it a few years ago and enjoyed it at its best. Earthy with some dark fruit and medium tannins. Very little nose.

June 10, 2020 - Popped & poured a few nites back. I've had this wine and my notes are consistent. This is a mature, full bodied wine and has peaked. Lots of bricking evidencing its age. There's some soft black fruit, on the plummy side, with earth, mushrooms, tobacco, wet forest floor and blacktop tar. Some barnyard aromas. Drink up!
