October 19, 2011 - Lousy. Tastes like cheap merlot, or beaujolais, or any other non-specific red wine you'd expect to be served by the glass in a beer hall.
This producer makes a fairly decent, affordable Barolo. How they pull that off, but fall down this hard on Barbera, is an absolute mystery.

August 3, 2011 - This is an innocuous, "generic" red wine. Doesn't detract from a meal, but doesn't add to it, either. Its best feature may be its mild acidic bite.
