September 2, 2023 - I would say it improved measurably since my last tasting and notes. It's everything I described with even more secondary and tertiary flavors. The wine expands and fills the mouth in the mid palate and still has it's pop in the back. Incredible and a definite crowdpleaser. I decanted a total of 4 hours 3 prior to drinking and the last sip was the finest of them all. It has a long life and a bright future ahead of it!

May 22, 2022 - It opens up softly with beautiful complexity of lavendar, violet, incense, rich blackberry, blackcherry, all mingling with deep graphite, earthy tone and cedar, sandal wood notes. With air it reveals more savoury earth, grilled herbs, leather and tobacco.
Full body, uplifting, fresh and precise. Tannins are grainny, soft and sweet. Multi-dimensional, rich and regal. It is without doubt an outstanding expression of Cabernet Sauvignon. At the beginning of its long drinking window.1 person found this helpful Comment -

September 27, 2021 - Miyazaki A5 Wagyu night (Andrew's): Second time enjoying this wine and am rating it even higher this time. It was my #3 WOTN in a field of 12 bottles, 8 of which were 100-pointers. Really fantastic earthy flavors that suggest a long, glorious life ahead.
