July 12, 2019 - (From magnum) Outstanding, like a grand cru chablis -- Vaudesir? Rich, mineral, good acidity, long. I'd rank this as one of the best American white wines I've tried. Possibly could use a bit more acidity for long-term aging; think it is nearly peak now.
