December 3, 2015 - Wow. This is still showing so well. When stored properly, and thanks to a kiss of oak, a Sauvignon Blanc from Napa can age.
Moderate dark marmalade, lemon curd, fresh cut flowers. A bit of honeyed yellow apple and yellow pear. Lemon peel.
Great complementing richness paired with freshness and lift of the finish.
Really enjoyable. -

March 29, 2013 - Golden straw color, darker than most sauv blanc. Sweet hints on the nose with mellon, pear, and caramel. Peach and appricot flavors with good acidity and a nice, lingering finish. Fruit is fading a bit, so probably time to drink up.
