January 9, 2022 - Coravin’ed a glass and let it breathe for 2 hours while I made dinner. What amazing QPR. Bought it several years ago for $35. A delightful nose - menthol, cigar box, black cherry. Tannings slightly sharp but overall smooth in the mouth. Medium bodied and long on the palate. Had it with meat sauce over pasta. Not overly fussy, went well with the rich meat and tomato sauce. Dang a winner. Glad I have 10 more bottles resting in the cellar.

November 26, 2021 - Just a 30 minute decant, and I would say drinking very well now

October 4, 2021 - Last tasted a few months ago, when I gave it 90+. (Medium body, black fruits). I think Poujeaux is often of classified growth quality.

September 10, 2021 - Bright acidity, some red fruit. Tobacco and earth. Some tannins persist but overall mouthfeel is supple.
