May 15, 2012 - Not corked or spoiled but just way over the hill. Dark amber yellow, medium bodied, no fruit left with the exception of a surprisingly sweet apricot / persimmon note on the mid to late palate otherwise a mouthful of sweet acid. Do NOT recommend this, at this point this is cooking wine.
