Community Tasting Notes 1

April 18, 2011 - Medium yellow-gold with some green hues. Stunning nose with intense honey, green peppers, herbs and minerality. Mid+ bodied with rich fruit, minerality and high acidity. Very long aftertaste. Quite evolved but fascinating overall.
