December 26, 2014 - Toasted sourdough bread notes, but dominated by apple and a sharp citrus edge. Good acidity, long finish. Characterful fizz, no rush to drink up.

March 4, 2011 - Lush toasty and creamy notes on the nose. Lots of nice citrus notes as well. On the palate it comes across even richer with nicely nuanced flavors of baked apple, chalk and wet stone. Extremely long finish with loads of complexity. A very satisfying and substantial Champagne.
