January 14, 2020 - Pnp. Enticing golden hue. This has added considerable depth, complexity and finesse since my previous bottle 8 years ago. The wine possesses terrific, balanced acidity to ensure many more years of drinking pleasure. The finish is soft and lengthy. Yet another example why Chenin Blanc from top producers is the number one white wine for me.

March 14, 2012 - Fresh nose of lillies, crushed rock, peach, pear and apple. This has nice minerality for the warm 2009 vintage, but is a hair on the round side. It bursts with lemon tones on the palate, but it's a sweeter lemon tone and has a perfumed floral lift. This is a very pretty Chenin, but lacks a hair of energy for me.

March 5, 2012 - What a great Chenin Blanc. Very crisp and pure on the palate with bell balanced acidity. This is still very much a baby and the fruit is a bit closed at the moment. Needs a few more years in the cellar.
