June 12, 2019 - By the glass at the BA lounge , LHR. Last glass in the bottle.
A year since we crossed paths with it in the same place and definitely a solid find. Well managed the 2010 vintage, kept the repiness in check and created an elegant , soft and classy wine. Nice herby edge, soft spice. Lovely wine and a solid 90-91

June 4, 2019 - A tight wine that just doesn’t seem to lose its hard edges even with a long decant and aeration. Good fruity but tight on the finish . Revisit in a couple of years

February 11, 2019 - 375 ml. Seemed much tighter then other bottles, even the second night.

February 11, 2019 - Did not show as well as my other bottles thus far. Seemed much tighter, even the second night.

January 16, 2019 - Dark fruit, some nice acidity, has quite a mineral, stone, chalky profile which I often pick up from Right Bank wines that I have mixed feelings about.

About the same on the 2nd day. Pretty useful wine at the price but not one of my favorites.

(Château Faugères) Very dark ruby color; appealing, ripe berry, black currant nose; rich, ripe black fruit, ripe berry palate; medium-plus finish (85% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon; 15% alcohol; reminiscent of a Napa Cab; ready now)
