September 11, 2020 - Decanted to allow it to open a little. The taste developed as it opened and it was very enjoyable to drink. We had it with lasagna and Cesar salad. Flavours so typical of a Chianti Classico reserva. Spicy with a hint of fruit. Probably at the end of cellaring for this vintage.
