January 15, 2024 - Abundant fruit, with some cherry traces, though mostly prune and raisin now. Leather and savory soy and some other unidentified tertiary notes. Needed some time in the decanter for the heat to blow off, but otherwise balanced. Probably has some life left, but not for long. Paired well with a hearty beef bourguignon on a cold winter night.

October 5, 2023 - Raisined and tertiary, not our style, but an interesting experiment nonetheless

February 14, 2023 - over the hill and down the drain. Drank last bottle in 2014 and loved it.

December 26, 2021 - Fantastic again. Not much to add to my last note. One year since the last bottle, still in great shape. Could have gone perhaps indeed for a bit longer, but may not have gained as there was not much development since the last one. No matter though as it was just beautiful with game.

December 26, 2020 - As it gains complexity also getting a touch woody and the alcohol is becoming more prominent. Spice is lovely, gaining some forest floor. Will be interesting to see where it goes from here.
