February 5, 2023 - Our first Mallorcan wine. Cork smelled slightly corked and was worried eine may not be in good condition. But it was actually lovely and complex, even showing some salinity. Initially it reminded me of an Italian wine, more savory like an aged chianti. But there’s a caramel note that would be out of place. Fully integrated tannins, and medium acidity. A pleasant surprise.

May 15, 2012 - Red-brown appearance. Fruity nose with hints of cedar and red fruit. Astonishing blend of red and black fruit on the palate with abundant aromes but prevailing elegance.
