    February 15, 2015 - Fantástico exemplar com muita intensidade aromática com características de evolução mostrando flores e ervas aromáticas. Em boca refresca com sua acidez presente. Muito gastronômico.

    April 23, 2012 - PnP. Drinking beautifully right now and improved significantly since the last bottle about a year ago. The classic SB grassy nose has gained a rich, almost tropical essence. This is tasting a little more like the Cipreses bottling now. The entry is really soft now, but its followed immediately by the same bracing acidity as before. Went unbelievably well with a light pasta with shrimp, garlic, and pepper flakes.

    Don't know how it improved so much, but its pretty darn tasty right now. Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Sauvignon Blanc glass.

    March 14, 2012 - Fescue city very grassy on the nose with lemon and grapefruit. Nice acid zing but don't serve this one too cold. Overall solid effort.

    March 12, 2012 - This bottle didn't improve since the last bottle I drank. It's very vegetal, the nose reminds me more of a french vermouth than a s.b.
