    March 4, 2020 - (From magnum)(Disgorged in 2020, 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Chardonnay)
Starting to open up with some roasted notes and coffee, but not as evolved yet due to recently disgorged but should be better in a year or so. Acidity on the palate with yellow apples and a balanced finish makes this nice and easy drinking.

December 31, 2017 - Lacked a bit of freshness, but plenty of fruit, good citrus notes and some complexity and density. Not sure this continues to improve, but it should hold up for a while longer.

June 1, 2015 - NobleRottersSydney - Henschke (360 Bar & Dining, Sydney): (Guest- Vlad) Lots of biscuit and bread ; nicely developed but still fresh in every way. Fullish strawberry-tinged flavours, with a moderate autolysis character. Despite the development, it has a solid mid-palate, a refined, chiselled character, and has great freshness, easily defying its decade of age. Medium-bodied, with medium-sized creamy bubbles, and a medium-long finish with plenty of dimension, it’s got plenty of years ahead of it at this rate.

December 31, 2014 - After a year it has developed a little and has acquired more of a spirit.

December 31, 2013 - Needs more time to develop. It has not reached a balance yet. I would give 89 now but it has uptreand potential for a couple of more points.
