August 26, 2018 - Ok, so this is tapering off, gone very russet in appearance and you'll need a day in a decanter for sure - maybe two.

All the same, quality shines whatever the weather and you can really tell that this was made with care. Strong plum, fading blackcurrant cassis.

Don't leave it any longer. It won't be around when you come back.

May 7, 2014 - Wish I had a case. Still showing as a big Tempranillo - tannins, fruit. Oak is well integrated . Party pleaser at Nikki's 40th

February 9, 2014 - smooth, oaky tempranillo. This is enjoyable as a bordeaux substitute and in that context, is a relative bargain.

January 7, 2014 - Enjoyable but doesn't have much movement. A little flabby. Bigger riper style. Stewed cherry, baked cherry, baked plum, and oak. Still quite masked in oak - highly doubt any of it will integrate.

June 1, 2013 - Muted nose. Big, oaky on the palate but amazing how little it's developed in 13 years. it drinks like a youg'n but drink now b/c it's not going to develop further.
