March 25, 2024 - Maybe not the most complex of showings, but the 2010 fruit is really driving this with a fresh and clean acidity and mouthfeel that gives this wine a young vibe even though its developed on the nose and shows some tertiary aromas. Drinks now but will develop from here and be better in 5+ years.

March 10, 2023 - A little green on the palate for the 1st couple hours. After that, it was mellower and quite nicely balanced.

March 5, 2023 - PnP and drank over several hours. Medium to dark purple. Pretty nose with some sweet caramel and then classic notes of pencil lead and sweet pipe tobacco, all on top of some dark earth. Palate gives off pretty good freshness, and similar notes to the nose but not quite as much depth or weight as I would have guessed, surprising for the vintage. A fine bottle of wine but may need more air than I gave it or in a weird spot?

January 18, 2023 - Needed decanting and then a big glass with some agitation. Opens up nicely after about two hours, and while young, shows great promise. I ordered more.
