Very low acidity, hints of complexity, too sugary. Balance is off.

October 12, 2022 - Not too much complexity, but enjoyable. Still youthful. May improve over the next 10 yrs. Good pairing for a cheese course.

June 10, 2022 - Lovely Sauternes, just a touch short in the acidity department. Still on the young side. Might gain in complexity over the next decade - although the acidity deficit makes me wonder about its longevity beyond 2032/2035.
