December 26, 2016 - Great wine, smooth. Let it breath for an hour after double decant. Low tannins, nice fruit.

January 2, 2014 - This took awhile to open up, an hour decanted wasn't enough, but once swirled some in our glasses it was tasting nicely. After dinner the second glass is really good. There are big blackberry flavors in this structured wine, along with tannins, earth and a touch of leather. The wine feels silky on your tongue. The long dark fruit finish lingers on your palate.

November 24, 2013 - A very succulent bottle of wine; great nose and accompanying luscious blackberry fruit forward flavor; long lasting taste on one's palate
