September 25, 2014 - "He" really is liking this, finding wonderful layers, spice, earth and dark plum with a little dryness. "She's" not quite as impressed, thinking it has gotten a little too sweet and is missing the chewy dry cab franc flavors she remembers it having and likes. And where are the tannins???

July 3, 2013 - Big and spicy flavors along with dark fruit and earth, light tannins, long finish. This bottle has a rich mouth feel and has nice layers of flavors.
May 14, 2013 - Excellent bottle. Could use a little more time in the cellar. Picked up some dark chocolate halfway through the bottle. Had open for a couple of hours.
June 16, 2012 - What a great bottle! Big with lots of excellent tannins balanced by fruit. Black fruits went to vanilla, maybe a little tobacco and a bit of a smoky taste. It was a wonderful bottle of wine.
June 5, 2012 - absolutely a beautful bottle of wine; great nose, strong color; big, full, complex with lots going on; great taste on the palate with extremely nice lingering finish; should cellar well for several more years if I am not tempted to revisit it soon!
