  August 8, 2022 - Opened poured into a decanter, and tasted with food(fish tacos, in case you were wondering).
  Ruby garnet color.
  Nose of red berries.
  Nice red fruited wine. Shows a lite brawny earth eleme t.
  Lacks depth. Has a nice herbal note but lacking in fruit.
  Decent. Nothing special.
  
  Branded cork with vintage and vineyard.

  June 18, 2016 - Seems to be a wine of more finesse that other Aloxe 1ers. Delicate red berry fruit set, that showed good ripeness in accordance with the vintage, with earthy yet, sweet seductive character. Showed well from the get go. Really like the elegance and refinement here.

  December 30, 2013 - Clear medium ruby pour. The nose is fresh with new leather, acid, gravel, some animal fat. The palate is dried cherries, light savory notes, roses, acid, and earthy spice. Pleasant.

  August 8, 2013 - Pop and pour and served with food (penne with a pomodor e basilico sauce, in case you were wondering).
  Rich and concentrated, showing some oak and dense black fruits, while muted. There is depth to the wine but it is a bit closed. We'll let the balance of the bottle sit and see if it opens up a bit more.
