January 9, 2024 - Better/ fresher than my previous bottle from a year ago. Lots of robust red fruit aromas and flavors with faint meat and meaty spice. Good depth and balance.

May 31, 2022 - Mature red fruits with as much earth, supported with lingering savory spice. Very good concentration and length. Probably a few years past its peak, this was probably killer juice around 2014-2018.

September 10, 2018 - Typical wilamette valley nose, although muted due to the age. Aromas of earth and red fruits( strawberry and cranberry) cola too. Color leaning from dull ruby to garnet from core to rim. On the palate, fruit fading fast revealing secondary flavors of earth and some spice. Glad we opened this now, I believe its a touch past peak (imho)

November 1, 2015 - Expensive and price aside this is just a terrific bottle of Pinot and a wonderful homage to mr brooks! Wonderful Pinot fruit on the nose with subtle undertones of earth, spice and minerals, palate had generous drak and red fruit with acidity and tannins that are harmoniously balanced
