November 20, 2023 - Richly textured and structured. Intriguing aromas of tree fruit, citrus, blossoms and minerality. The palate adds racy acidity which is tempered by the slight bitter citrus pith, lingering on the long finish.

    Medium gold colour.

Pronounced aromas of baked apple, white peach, stewed pears, fruit blossoms, wet slate, beeswax, lemon tart, like zest and Petrus pith.

    Pronounced palate.

Medium (+) body, high acidity, delicate mousse, long finish.

October 16, 2023 - Always a nice bottle. Lots of green apple, citrus and acidity. Everyone likes this.

August 20, 2023 - Family Holidays; 7/28/2023-9/10/2023 (Alicante - España): By the glass. Blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot noir with an aging of four years and a sugar addiction of seven grams per liter. Alcoholic volume of 12%.
On the nose a lot of white fruit combined with notes of hazelnuts and white flowers. The palate is intense, direct but balanced, mellow with a good length and a aftertaste full of nuances of toast. Good but nothing glorious here.

August 7, 2023 - Light bronze color. Vigorous compact bubbles. Yeasty aroma. Soft, medium-bodied, slightly yeasty mid-palate. Medium long refreshing finish. Clean too.
