    July 6, 2013 - Much better than the last bottle. Some butter, vanilla, melon and subdued acidity. Glad my last bottle of this left me with a positive impression.

    May 11, 2013 - This bottle is definitely past its prime, but still OK. Very acidic, not buttery or creamy like it used to me. Prominent flavors are lemon and vanilla.

    March 31, 2013 - Turning a little "straw" color; full pineapple; nice balance. Surprised it lasted this long.

    January 18, 2012 - Deep golden color, with white fruit and sweet honey on the nose. The palate shows loose knit flavors of mixed tropical fruit, toast, and vanilla. A cloying sweetness diminishes with air. Big oily texture, with acid peeking through on the finish.

    December 10, 2011 - Nice rich rounded and fruity, yet dry and well grounded. A little bit of oak and vanilla on the nose but more apricot and pear. Firm but round mouthfeel. Very pleasant and youthful with some weight to the flavor profile which echoed the nose especially with the pear. It had a round buttery feel but also a nice acidity that made it lively and great with fish.

    July 20, 2011 - Acidity is starting to show through with a touch of bitterness. Still very good, but seems to become disjointed once opened for a while.

    May 16, 2011 - D'une classe à part. Encore meilleur le 3e jour. Débouché dans un premier temps pour accompagner des crevettes épicées à la Montignac. Pas un mariage parfaitement réussi, mais quand il faut fêter, on sort les meilleurs. Nez boisé, bouche grasse et texturée, saveurs d'ananas et de miel, excellent en apéro au bord d'un étang par temps pluvieux.

    March 15, 2011 - Always one of my favorites. Vanilla and Green apple smells, citrus and pineapple mid-palate with butterscotch in the finish. Perfect balance (for me) of fruit and oak.
