June 10, 2012 - Restarted a long standing old summer tradition yesterday: wondering where the rest of the bottle of my Trajarinho went... Stock up folks!

April 10, 2012 - Bright nose of cut grass, flowers, green apple, and hints of apricot. Impressive complexity for such an inexpensive wine. On the palate a slight effervescence reveals more of the apples and flowers, sweet pear, and touches of green. Vibrant acidity creates a nice finish, clean and compact. I would happily pair this with fried foods, Mexican cuisine, or tapas plates.

August 12, 2011 - (11.5%) 60% Alvarinho, 40% Trajadura - A long standing summer favorite of mine this one is always a crowd pleaser. Pale gold in the glass with a green tinge. Lively on the palate with a slight spritz and primary grapefruit flavors with lemon citrus. The mid-palate show a firm, clean acidity with a nice mineral depth that gives this one much more complexity than you should expect at $9. From there the quick dry, crisp finish leaves you instantly reaching for another sip. A fun, easy going with at home with brunch or by the pool (but please use plastic glasses ;) Just be careful because before you know it the bottle will be gone. On 2nd thought just buy a couple to begin with...

July 12, 2011 - Not incredibly complex or complicated, but that's not the point. This one is pure enjoyment: lots of lemony citrus backed by cleansing acidity and refreshing effervescence. All too easy to drink. Honest, approachable, and fun. I will definitely go back to the well with this one.

June 22, 2011 - Great summer white. Quite an intriguing nose. Wonderful fruit with just the slightest effervescence. The small bubbles just add to the zip a bit. Refreshing and delicious. Will buy more.
