April 1, 2012 - Definitely getting up there in age - this had a hint of oxidation but was great nonetheless. Classic Chablis drinking at its prime - cheese on the nose with loads of minerals with scream'in acidity which gives the wine a brine/saline quality. Very nice. Drink up.
