April 17, 2013 - When first opened, I was not impressed. A bit bitter. I stuck it in the fridge and three days later, I like it! The bitterness is gone. There is nice tart strawberry/melon flavors that go well with my cabbage soup. Ok. This needs serious decanting or some more bottle time.

March 24, 2013 - Quaffable, but past its peak. Some tartness and a bit bitter and stony on the finish. Worth the $7 paid, however.

June 10, 2011 - OK, actually not so great--a bit clumsy and unbalanced.
